Usually there are two major reasons for getting an error while exporting a project or a test case, "Project or test case is not completely loaded" or "Project or test case path is longer than 248 characters".
- Project or test case is not completely loaded: It may happen if you have huge number of scripts and all of them are in process of loading. To fix this issue please give Leaptest enough time to load your project and try exporting afterwards.
- Project or test case path is longer than 248 characters: Error message stating to "contact support team" is probably due to the project or test case path being longer than 248 characters, try below steps to resolve this issue

- If you find this error then, search for the longest path in logs. Try to reduce the length of path by reducing folders and folder names. The path should not be greater than 248 characters (the example of the full path is:
You can create a short project, folder and test name to solve this issue. The limitation is due to Windows file system requirement (see here why). You can try adjusting it as described here.
If you haven’t found the error in studio log or shortening the case name hasn’t helped, please contact support Priority Support.
